Alabama Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics

Today, you may have noticed some deputies from the Sheriff's Office running with a torch (the Flame of Hope) down Cogswell Avenue in Pell City. 
We participated in the Alabama Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics.

This is an event we look forward to every year, as it allows us to raise awareness for the athletes of Special Olympics Alabama. 
We were pleased to have Bob Copus join us at the Sheriff's Office, and we wish everyone a safe run throughout the state.
