Andray La'Quarn Pope turned himself into the St. Clair County Sheriff's Office at approximately 6:40 pm this evening.

Mr. Pope was arrested and charged with theft of property 1st and possession of a forged instrument 2nd.  

Mr. Pope was incarcerated at the St. Clair County Jail in Ashville and currently has a $ 45,000.00 bond.
