The St. Clair County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigation Division has arrested Roger Humphrey of Browns Valley Rd. Pell City and Kevin Brasher also of Browns Valley Rd. Pell City in the shooting incident on February 3rd, 2022 in Pell City.

Roger Humphrey was booked into the St. Clair County Jail in Ashville for the charges of assault 2nd and unlawful possession of marijuana x2.
