Congratulations To The Steele Elementary D.A.R.E. Graduates!

D.A.R.E. Instructor Byron Jenkins presented the fifth-grade students at Steele Elementary with their certificates and celebrated their graduation from the Drug Abuse Resistance Education (D.A.R.E.) program today!
