St. Clair Drug Enforcement arrested four on drug charges

 

On November 21, 2025, St Clair County Drug Enforcement served 2 narcotics search warrants and arrested 4 people in the Ashville area of St. Clair County on distribution and possession of dangerous drugs charges. Methamphetamine, marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and a firearm were recovered.

The St. Clair County Drug Enforcement Unit was assisted by Odenville Police Department, Ashville Police Department, Pell City Police Department, Sheriff's Patrol, and the St. Clair County SWAT Team.

Darrell R. Shepherd, a 25 y/o, w/m of Ashville, was arrested on four counts of unlawful distribution of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana 2nd, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was booked into the St. Clair County Jail in Pell City with a bond $121,500.00.

Nikki M. Carlisle, a 40 y/o, w/f of Odenville, was arrested on one count of unlawful distribution of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, 2nd, and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was booked into the St. Clair County Jail in Pell City with a bond of $ 33,000.00.

Kasey Rhoades, a 31 y/o, w/m of Ashville, was arrested on one count of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana 2nd, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was booked into the St. Clair County Jail in Pell City with a bond of $3500.00.

Jonathan L. Henderson, a 44 y/o, b/m of Ashville, was arrested on unlawful possession of marijuana 2nd, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was booked into the St. Clair County Jail in Pell City with a bond of $1500.00.

Bond, if applicable, is set by the courts using the bond schedule passed by the state legislature.
