Coupland Road Incident         

 

The St. Clair County Sheriff's SWAT Team was able to take the suspect, 44-year-old Brandon L. Tortorigi into custody.

Tortorigi is being charged with Burglary 1st and is being housed in the St. Clair County Jail in Pell City with no bond.
