Texting scam alert involving toll and traffic violations with QR code

SCAM of the DAY! 
A scam text is circulating that attempts to collect traffic violation fees via a QR code. Please do not share personal information or scan bogus QR codes. Scammers are working overtime to make everything they send out look real. In this text, you see that they used a state emblem on stationery, along with another state's fake address and a QR code.
