Narcotics Unit
The St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division has the mission of combating drug use in St. Clair County, with the objective of keeping the citizens of St. Clair County safe and the county drug free. The Narcotics Division works with local, state and federal law enforcement agencies conducting investigations on the sale, possession, manufacture and transportation of narcotics in St. Clair County. The Narcotics Division investigates individuals identified by local law enforcement agencies, as well as persons identified through anonymous tips and other information from the public.
The Narcotics Division works closely with individual law enforcement agencies in St. Clair County in efforts to establish an information highway that assists St. Clair County Law Enforcement as a whole in the fight on drugs. The Narcotics Division also assists in the investigation of violent crimes and conducts felony drug warrant details arresting felons wanted for drug related, and other dangerous crimes.
