Sheriff Murray was recognized by the National Sheriff's Association for becoming a Certified Homeland Security Professional.

Sheriff Murray had previously graduated from the Homeland Security Leadership Academy which is a collaboration between the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) and the National Sheriff's Association.

This elite and valuable training will assist Sheriff Murray in working with Federal, State, and Local Law Enforcement Partners to address law enforcement needs across our nation.
