Sheriff Murray and Sheriff John Samaniego of Shelby County have been selected to serve on the Board of Directors for the Alabama Sheriff Youth Ranches.

The Alabama Sheriffs Youth Ranches provide each child with caregivers and a structured living environment where the children receive love, stability, and a safe place to call "home".
